Uh guys you dont have to be buff and skinny to be healthy. My friend is like 40 pounds over weight but he looks exactly the same as me and a couple of my other friends who are average weight. And when you are older it is a lot harder to lose weight she might lose it but not see anything visible.

i know that mcdonalds is not good for you with all the preservatives, but what they said about it doesnt break down once it is in your body is completely not true. your body will break down the food..

I used to eat fast food a lot. I looked young and felt great. Then I went on a health kick, no fast food. Now I look like a shriveled up old rabbit and I have health problems. My advice: stick with the $1 double cheeseburgers.
