Your awesome! Your right predisone sucks. I had to take really high doses when i was going through cancer. It made my face get so swollen i hated the stuff. But it did make me feel better was the kicker. So you go girl. You are awesome. You can do it!

Ive been fat and skinny and everything in between and the guys who like fat women are the ones who are sponges or are afraid thier women might be looking at other guys. You also see this when the man is a relic but wants a younger woman so hell go after a chub because the pickens are slim. You keep at it girl. Fat is unhealty and depressing and thats from another chubby chick…..Best Wishes.
Heres a perfect diet (Worked for me)
First week
1. Fish and salad
2. Lots of fruit
3. Dont eat/drink between meals
4. Dont eat fried stuff/ sweet / calories
5. Drink a glass of water before every meel (So you get full faster)
Long term diet (After fast one)
1. Eat proteins, fruit, salad,
2. I know americans love fast-food but thats not a problem, Limit your fries consuming and sweets to weekends. Eat a portion if papaya or melon in you dinner.
3. A glass of water before each meal
It seems that you are looking for a community that will boost your determination and cheerlead your through the process but believe me you wont find it on here. Try Nutrisystem- the food is bearable they have a variety of items to choose from. PLUS they have a forum for chatters a place you can discuss your feelings for the day hour or whatever. It works! Do it for yourself!
this is how i lost weight do this for about 3 weeks say u ate 1 cheeseburger 2 cookies and 2 milks like i did..then for 3 weeks i ate half the cheese burger 2 water..HINT DRINK more than 5 bottles a day..it works u will ppiss alot but it will make u lose weight.ate healthy things but not alot.eat half what u always ate

The extra peeing is good b/c you are getting rid of waste that has built up in your muscles and blood and tissues.
