Third video of my 12 week program. Now completed my 4th week. Gym going awesome, Diet still needs some work.

Have come up with the Calorie Challenge to challenge myself to stick to 3200 calories for the whole week. I will shop this weekend for 7 days of

food and anything left at the end of the week I will video myself eating in one sitting! So I better keep up with my meals or else I may have a lot

on my plate come next monday!

Anyone else brave enough to take the calorie challenge, I encourage to do your shopping for a whole week so you can see all the food you need

to consume and you are not letting your calorie consumption fall.

The secret to gaining weight is simply greater calorie consumption = weight gain. You just need to be consistent with this and you will see gains.

My diet on the front page of my youTube profile is 30% Protein 40% carbs and 30% fats… and designed for me (with weight training) to put on

lean body mass… I will inevitably put on some body fat too but I should be able to keep that to a minimum.
