omg! I gained 10 pounds 5 years ago on a cruise! lol. I lost it when I got back home in a week, but it wont be happening next week when I go on my next cruise. lol. =]

i gained 5 pounds on my 3 day honeymoon. cruise buffets coupled w/ the stress of being newly married.
i would think that they probably have a certain level of high blood pressure as well. for whatever reasons, miso paste is a product thats a bit high in its sodium content.

yes! i have gained weight… it sucks. but food on vacation is soooo much better!!!

While I respect what you say very, very much, I have to disagree. If a person has not gone #2 in a day, he or she could weigh more the next day. However, being that I am beating an eating disorder I am anti-scale and at a healthy weight so I suppose my out look is different. Thank you for your videos and all you have taught me about nutrition, Natalie! You have been a huge influence in my growth process! Thanks!!
