NO! Aspartame, etc are terrible for you. I bet even un-refined “brown” sugar is better than that Sucrolose CRAP.
Splenda is also bad.
Thank you. Triple love this video. Informative.
Short and “sweet”.
No artificial sweeteners arent healthy, I like agave nectar, raw honey, or sugar. I do have stevia in a few forms and enjoy that too.
Sometimes I will use honey and real maple syrup.
I happen to have a Stevia plant, mostly because I like growing odd plants.
Stevia is quite easy to grow.
Speaking of which, I need to post another garden blog.
fag
Not safe either
I know aspartame is not safe, I use splenda
I use organic sugar only in moderation
I just use honey
I disagree about Sweet N Low. The tests on rats that caused cancer were like 200,000% more than any human could choke down. It was a totally bogus study. Get your facts straight.
Stevia and when there is none available I use the old standby Sweet N Low
No. They are not safe.
I get a headace if I consume something with asparthame so I have stopped consuming any product with artificial sweeteners.
nope - not safe IMO
dates / organic honey as alternative
I use Equal…but I generally use sugar. Aspartame is worse than sugar.
None of the artifical sweetners are good for anyone. They all pose a risk while using them. I like either sugar made directly from sugarcane(not the whitened industialized kind)and or local honey. I also heard about an herb that is a natural sweetner as well.
