Thank you ShaolinpkG3o. The Wii Fit game is not meant to be what makes you healthy. It is meant to be a base upon which to build your “health life”. I hope that no one really believes that a video game is going to be what makes the world “healthy” again, if anything ever does. The goals in the game that you set are not meant to be goals FOR THE GAME but rather regular GOALS. You try to reach them with a combination of the game and real-life workouts which includes outdoor activity and whatnot.
Might as well just get DDR…

Omfg u guys are missing the point and whole concept of the wii board its not to get extremly fit but its to get kids and adults that stay in alot or play alot of games to atleast do some movement wich will infact make u loose wieght so its a step in right direction im pretty healthy in because im competative i tryed to beat my cuzins scores on every game and i did and within 1 hour of playing i lost 1 lb wich is alot for a games console dont you think

I agree w/ the tester. This Wii is NOT for any real exercise- simply a new type of gaming device. I tried it a week ago, and I must say it is for small children and older adults. No one can really “get fit” using this thing. Running around the block and doing 10 push-ups is better and FREE!!!
