Wrestlers in high school used to do this. spitting all god damned day into a garbage can… Stupid bastards!
I will give you a good diet that works. Eliminate refined sugar as much as possible. Use Splenda. Severely cut out carbohydrates. Eat more fruit. Snack on little carrots and celery. You WILL lose a lot of weight and be healthier.
