I love this girl.
I think we are supposed to eat 6 to 8 servings a day of veggies. A lot of mine are canned though, and I eat kinda a lot of beans.
Do you think that the cheese increase is because of more vegetarian dishes being prepared?

I eat veggies all the time. 7-8 servings a day. starchy veggies like boiled organic potatoes at night, more fibery ones(such as cucumber) in the afternoon.cooked and raw, its all good.
lately i have been trying to eat veggies everyday… to improve health. you mentioned in another video that when your trying to lose weight, you can pretty much eat unlimited vegetables to stay full. so i started out eating about 2 C of veggies during lunch and dinner. I also try to put spinach into my smoothies now and then, or have a spinach salad. I dont get a lot of variety though… pretty much spinach, broccoli, carrots, sometimes peppers and zuchinni. Feeling better!
Hi Natalie, can you pleeeeeeeeeeease do a video on wheat/gluten and all this confusion on if its bad for you or not ? Is spelt wheat or do they say it contains wheat just because the FDA says they have to ? When they say wheat is bad do they oinly mean the processed/bleached/ enriched kind ? SI there a difference between whole wheat and wheat flour ? Things like that. Also I would love a video about inflammation in the body, which foods cause it and which help to reduce. Thanks !

I think you misunderstand what I am saying. I burn sugar real fast it causes fast crashes. You do not get fat from being inefficient if that is what your thinking. My diet uses starchier foods and protein to balance energy levels and moderate fat intake. I do not think I personally would survive well on high sugar and/or fruit diets and definitely not a juice diet to that point I have tried a juice fast and it turned my hair orange. Not sure why but it did.

White collar desk jobs + driving everywhere means you sit on your butt and not burn energy. If you work blue collar and walk or bike to work you will be burning calories all day. You can eat like a pig, sugars, fats, carbs, etc and not only will you not get fat, you will be in a perpetual cycle of losing weight. You need to feast daily just to keep up with the energy you burn daily. Get a degree, get a cubicle, and get fat, punch a clock working with your arms all day on your feet and lost fat.
