Wow, this one is a great ab workout. I would have to do a hundred crunches to feel the burn I felt in 5 minutes. Keep it up girl!

Is your Goal to lose weight, or to just be Heathly ?
For Cardio, the minimum I recommend is 30 minutes for 3 times a week.
Losing weight you may want to do more and at a more intense level as well.
3 to 5 times a week at 45mins works great for fat burning.

some diets dont work you know that right and if you exercise you lose weight faster than you do if you go on a diet,if you are on a diet it takes long.
when you go to streated your legs you can let them touch if you want them to.
what do you suggest we should do for cardio exerxises? like duration and frequency..

How do you know if you had done a proper crunch?
Im having trouble with Exercise 2, the knee bend. I cant keep my feet up without touching the ground. Dont know if my legs are too heavy or im too weak. Are our feet allowed to touch the floor after each count in the second exercise (camera does not point to instructors feet in vid). Someone please help.

heytammy i think these r gr8 im 13 nd i weigh loads im on a diet nd this workout 4 times a week ive ben doin it 4 1 month and alredy ive lost 7lb`s isnt that just gr8 thnx tammy

True - the exercises alone will only Tone and Strengthen your muscles,
but if you want to LOSE belly fat you need to watch what you EAT.
You might want to write down everything you eat for 3 days and see how many calories you are intaking per day.
To lose fat you need to burn more calories than you consume per day.

to get visable abbs all a person has to do is lose weight so their fat doesnt cover their abbs, thats easy… as long as ppl know how to burn fat. everyone has abbs, u just got to make them show.
