Excuse my language but fuck me red bull is addictive.
It seems this girl had an issue with her weight in the past and has thus jumped to the other end of the spectrum and become over-conscientious about foods. Eat lots of stuff and exercise a lot, rather than search out these magic healthy foods.
Whaetabix and shredded Wheat are good health food that you can add stuff like: fruits,yogart
sugar and more (If you can think of anyting)

None really. None that i found.
I tried raisin bran but even that was just chock full of added sugar.
Cornflakes have a crap ton of high fructose corn syrup. Bleh…

Oat Bran — especially organic.
My current cereal of choice is Special K Protein flakes. Not the most flavor with that one but it sure is good with fruit (blueberries and/or raspberries).
