All depends. You want to try to get a max lift first, and then do %75 of the weight 10 times. Also do squats, dead lifts etc.
man Hope sarah doesnt get that accident with the wieghtlifting in beijing = the guy was lifting a really heavy weight he was using that type of lifting and his elbow socket came out he screamed loud I feel sorry for him. Sarah becareful you may end up like him if you go over your limit of lifting stuff

Sarah knows the Summer Olympics are every 4 years, but she was including the winter Olympics - so every 2 years there is AN Olympics, summer or winter regardless .
I heard this exercise increases vertical jump. Is this true? What is a good weight to start with for a male around 200lbs with a medium build.

65 looks light for you, but your trainer should have been queuing you on your form better. The split jerk was good, but on the clean part you want to get the bar up as high as you can by using your legs and shrugging and then immediately drop down under it in a deep squat.
